It depends on what insurance provider you have. I'm an in-network provider with the three national coverage providers and Blue Cross Blue Shield/Anthem in Georgia, Alabama, Texas, Maryland, and Hawaii (HMSA).

 

If you want to pay out of pocket...


I get it; maybe you have a high deductible plan, are still on your parents' insurance, or don't have insurance at all. I do take cash payments and have plans for you to choose from! Scroll down to learn more!
